1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ELEN platform and Janssen Systems services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
ELEN is a proprietary AI operating system for enterprise logistics and field operations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and technology associated with ELEN and Janssen Systems are the exclusive property of Janssen Systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of ELEN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input into the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Janssen Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
